Instructions and care

Sets and parts are usually delivered disassembled. Detailed assembly instructions can be found below in the attached documents or video manuals.
Care:
Our products are made of natural materials, without chemical treatment or varnishes. Clean them with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or abrasive sponges that may damage the surface. When cleaning spilled liquids, wipe them off as quickly as possible, as beech is prone to absorbing water. Scratches or colors from pens or markers can be removed by gently sanding the surface with sandpaper (grit 180–240) in the direction of the grain.

The Universe includes slides. How much extra space do I need for them?

The Universe's size and various height levels provide ideal conditions for positioning the slides. Since the set can be assembled very flexibly, we recommend planning the slide positions from the start — allow at least 1.5 metres of run-out space at the end of each slide. On the product page and through our team, we are happy to help you find the best layout for your room.

How safe is such a large playset for children?

The Universe is certified to EN 71-1:2014+A1:2018 and EN 71-8:2018 — the same standards that apply to every Loopo playset, regardless of size.
