The Loopo Playset is manufactured with dimensional tolerances to allow parts to be easily attached and removed. Using a pin makes the assembly of connectors a bit more challenging, but the resulting joint stiffness is unparalleled. Reinforcing pins are used for T1, T2, T3, and E1 connectors.
