The strengthening trolley is an ideal tool for effective bodyweight training, which is natural and gentle on the body. Thanks to twelve precisely fitted bearings, it ensures smooth movement, maximum strength, and stability with every exercise. Material: Birch waterproof plywood covered with a hard white layer is fitted with solid handles and rollers with ball bearings. Package contents: 1 x strengthening trolley
Maintenance: Lubricate the bearings with dry lubricant if necessary. Wipe the plywood with a damp cloth, or you can wipe it with a disinfectant that does not contain salt or chlorine.
WARNING: To use the trolley, you need at least two connected planes (slides), which must be purchased separately.
