Sets and parts are usually delivered disassembled. Detailed assembly instructions can be found below in the attached documents or video manuals.
Care:
Our products are made of natural materials, without chemical treatment or varnishes. Clean them with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or abrasive sponges that may damage the surface. When cleaning spilled liquids, wipe them off as quickly as possible, as beech is prone to absorbing water. Scratches or colors from pens or markers can be removed by gently sanding the surface with sandpaper (grit 180–240) in the direction of the grain.

What is the Kakadu, and what can a child do on it?

The Kakadu is a compact children's wall bar for home, standing 120 cm tall. It is a vertical climbing frame with horizontal rungs that children can climb up and down, hang from, and use to build arm and shoulder strength. It is wonderful for younger children up to about 4 who are ready for more vertical challenge than a climbing triangle offers. Two configurations let you adapt it to different rooms or your child's development stage — a new challenge every day.

Does the Kakadu need to be fixed to the wall, or does it stand on its own?

It depends on the configuration. The Kakadu can stand freely as a Pikler triangle — no drilling needed. If you prefer wall mounting, which is recommended for active children and intensive use, you will need a drill. The type of wall (concrete or drywall) affects the choice of fixings, and we explain this clearly in the instructions.

What age is the Kakadu for? Is it for older children than the Froggie or Panther?

The Kakadu is a great fit from around age 3, when children start purposeful climbing and hanging. Compared to the Loopo Froggie 2in1 or Loopo Panther 3in1, it focuses more on vertical movement and specifically strengthens arms and shoulders. In its basic version, it is designed for children up to about 4, but it can be expanded with individual parts for older children too. If you want to start smaller and expand later, this is a very good choice.

How much room does the Kakadu need? Will it fit in a smaller bedroom?

The Kakadu is intentionally compact — it is our narrowest wall bar, taking up very little floor space. The dimensions are just 120 cm tall and 60 cm wide. If space is limited but you still want to bring the joy of movement into your child's room, the Kakadu is an ideal choice.

Can I combine the Kakadu with the Mini Gym or other Loopo playsets later?

Yes. The Kakadu is fully compatible with all other Loopo playsets and pairs especially well with the Loopo Mini Gym 5in1, Loopo Cliff 6in1, or Loopo Combo 9in1. You simply add individual parts and create entirely new structures — the children's wall bar becomes part of a bigger adventure as your child grows.

Does a slide fit the Kakadu?

The Kakadu's vertical design means it is not suited for a slide in its basic configuration. If slide fun is important to your family, have a look at the Loopo Cliff 6in1 or Loopo Combo 9in1.

Is the Kakadu made from the same materials as all other Loopo playsets? Are the rungs smooth?

Like every Loopo playset, the Kakadu is made from strong beech wood and beech plywood, FSC-certified, with no chemicals and no surface treatment. The rungs are turned and sanded to a smooth, easy-to-grip finish — no sharp edges, no splinters. Natural and safe, just like the rest of the Loopo range.

What if I am not happy with the Kakadu — can I return it?

Within the first 30 days, you can return the Kakadu for a full refund — no reason needed. Beyond that, a 2-year warranty applies; after free registration, it extends to 5 years. If a single part gets damaged, we send a replacement — no need to return the whole playset.
