New in our shop: the Manu Learning Tower & Grow-with-Me Chair 2-in-1 — already at home with over 500 families in Czechia and Slovakia

A children's chair that turns into a learning tower — and back again. The Manu Learning Tower & Grow-with-Me Chair 2-in-1 is new in our shop, but it is not a new product. We have been selling it in Czechia and Slovakia since July 2023, and today it stands in the kitchen or at the dining table of over 500 families. Now we are bringing it to more countries.

In short: one piece of furniture, two jobs. At the table it is a grow-with-me chair; at the kitchen worktop it is a kitchen helper tower that lets your child see what you are doing — and join in. Switching takes a moment and needs no tools.

How the Manu Learning Tower & Chair works

The video shows both modes and the switch: you loosen the wooden screws, move the seat or footrest and tighten the screws again by hand.

One piece of furniture, two jobs

As a learning tower: right in the middle of things

Little children want to be part of things. The learning tower brings your child up to the kitchen worktop: they can see what you are doing and how, and try it themselves — washing vegetables, stirring dough, helping to set the table. It is a natural way to bring children into everyday family life step by step, instead of having them watch from below.

The armrests hold your child in a safe position and protect against an unwanted fall. They are designed for children up to 15 kg. After that, they become handy grips for moving and carrying the chair. For extra security in learning tower mode, there is a fabric safety guard that protects your child from stepping into thin air.

As a chair: at eye level at the table

Rebuilt, the learning tower becomes a chair that seats your child at the right height at the dining table. It is meant for children who can already sit securely on their own. You set the seat and footrest to your child's height — their feet rest firmly instead of dangling in the air.

Why 2-in-1 is more than saving space

  • One piece instead of two. Buying a chair and a learning tower separately costs more money and more kitchen space.
  • It grows with your child for years. The seat and footrest are adjustable, so the chair adapts to your child over several years.
  • It stays afterwards, too. One customer told us that her children are long grown up and the chair still hasn't left — today it serves as a step stool in the kitchen.
  • No tools needed. You loosen and tighten the wooden screws by hand. Older children soon manage it themselves.
  • Sturdy. The design is based on our Loopo climbing playsets and, as a chair, holds up to 150 kg — an adult can sit on it, too.

Matching accessories

  • Tray — a little table right on the chair that also acts as a barrier to keep younger children from slipping out.
  • Drawer — slides under the seat, for crayons and small treasures your child wants to keep close.
  • Fabric safety guard — for learning tower mode; it protects your child from stepping into thin air.

Over 500 families — and what they say about us

Since July 2023 we have sold 635 units in Czechia and Slovakia. As almost every family buys one chair, that is over 500 households. Our Czech shop antonieemma.cz has a Google rating of 5.0 from 96 reviews, and on the Czech comparison site Heureka 57 out of 58 customers recommend it. These ratings refer to the shop as a whole, not only to the chair.

Who is it for?
